Usage:

With hands washed, and the vulva cleansed, rest on your back, remove the white dispenser cover and use the repository to insert the capsule gel into the vagina. Remove the repository. Remain lying down for the rest of the night to enable the product to be well absorbed into the body. We suggest you use the treatment for five consecutive days and repeat the procedure the month following. For maximum results, no sex for 24 hours after last gel was inserted. DO NOT USE if pregnant, or while on your period.
